Paul DeMott

Prior to joining Heritage Point Partners, Paul was on the Investment Team at Gelman Brothers Family Investment Office, where he helped close investments in United Pet Care, Blu Digital Group, and the Specialty Talent Group.

Between 2013 and 2020, Paul was on the Investment Team at LFL Advisers, a long-term, concentrated Hedge Fund in Evanston, Illinois. Prior to joining LFL, Paul was a Senior Analyst at a boutique management consulting firm in Seattle. Paul began his career as a software developer and technology consultant in Chicago.

Paul received his MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
